Duties & Taxes
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which are applied by your local government and customs office, on imported goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to The Gift & Co in order to receive a refund.

Delivery address
We recommend shipping to an address you will be at during the day.
You can select Home, Work, PO Box or Parcel Locker
If you're not at your destination or if there is not a safe place where to leave your delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.
Tracking details will supply you with where you will need to collect your parcel from.
Uncollected parcels are kept by Australia Post for 10 business days before being returned to the sender. Shipping & restocking fees may apply.
