I really love my Memo drink bottle — it’s compact, stylish, and fits perfectly in my smaller handbag, which makes it super handy for everyday use.

When I first received my bottle, I did run into a small issue with water leaking from the lid. However, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. Claudio personally followed up with the company and organised a replacement bottle for me. His communication throughout the process was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful.

I bought this drink bottle to fit specifically in my backpack for travel to the office in a slot that was designed for an a5 notebook or ipad. I didn’t realise it would become such a conversation starter in the office due to its unique design. I love it.

We had this wonderful kettle until the day my darling husband put it on the stove to make a cuppa and then proceeded to potter outside in the garden. One melted whistle and lid later, I now use the damaged kettle to water the garden. This new one is an exact replacement, with a terrific price, and - bonus! - an Alessi timer. I initially contacted this store via their chat function, and even on a Sunday I received a swift reply. Delivery was very quick and the parcel well-packed.
