The Alessi Juicy Salif citrus juicer is truly an iconic piece of Italian kitchenware made by the Italian design house Alessi and designed by Philippe Starck.
Considered by many as the most recognisable lemon squeezer in the history of design which came about from a sketch on a paper placemat in an Italian pizzeria whist Starck was on vacation in Italy.
A conversation starter in any environment.
The squeezer works by simply placing a glass in between its legs and then squeezing the citrus until its juices slowly fill the glass.
